When an engagement brief is submitted, CodeTier Systems collects strictly necessary professional information, including your full name, email address, and project specifications. This data is captured explicitly to evaluate engineering requirements, establish communication, and execute technical handovers.
We employ a decoupled, enterprise-grade architecture to process and store your data. By submitting a brief, you acknowledge that your information is securely routed through authorized third-party infrastructure providers. These include cloud database hosting (Supabase), serverless deployment environments (Vercel), automated routing pipelines (Make), and transactional email dispatch services (Resend). We do not permit these vendors to use your data for their own independent marketing purposes.
CodeTier Systems strictly prohibits the monetization of client data. We do not sell, rent, or distribute your personally identifiable information (PII) or proprietary system constraints to third-party data brokers or external marketing agencies. All project briefs are treated with strict confidentiality and are only accessible to the principal engineers actively scoping your architecture.
You retain the right to request access to, modification of, or the complete deletion of your personal data from our active databases at any time. This policy and our data processing protocols are governed by the laws of Egypt. Any formal data privacy requests can be directed to our official engagement email.
